Not to worry.
Gotta say I agree with the people who are mostly against Teleportation in PvP.
Most of the time its just to p**s off other people and hardly has to do with real PvP.
Im all for a TP suppression field in bases, you cant be TP'ed out of the base and you cant use recall friend while within a base.
As for the Sirens Call and problem with the bounty system....the timer for the badge shouldnt be ticking unless you're outside of the base.

this guy has taken to logging onto his Rad/Cold Corrupter and using TP Foe + Stun to get me as much debt as possible.
This has not been an isolated incident and I can not enjoy pvp in Sirens without this guy hounding me.

Were you banned for the actual act of droning or for harassment? I thought the general idea was that droning is permitted as long as you're doing it indiscriminately, not just singling out one person and hounding them.
