Without combos Dual Blades has a copy of Followup from claws only with a faster recharge. The empower combo only gives them an extra 8% damage and is not one I'd ever use when you could be building for a better combo (IE any of the other ones)
8% damage boost is nothing to a brute.

Being lethal dmg only its worth it for the acc boost, especially when fighting veng'd up nemesis troops at 50 - only so many attacks you can have get deflected before you want to do 1000cuts on your own keyboard lol.

[/ QUOTE ]I realise Brutes don't have Claws, but I'd just like to say that this statement is false. Both Follow Up and Blinding Feint have 12 seconds of recharge. Blinding Feint simply animates 0.3 seconds faster when used.

Does anyone know if it's truly possible to solo AV's with a Dual blades / Willpower brute? Mine mainly uses the attack vitals and sweep combos but I'll be taking blinding feint again for the damage boost.

Can any brute solo a AV with no aid from a try of purples and a shivan?
And thats the whole point of AVs you need a team to take them down, on a side note i have taken down miss liberty on my db/wp with the aid of a shivan
