Hey, decided that if i'm going to make a new toon i want it to be a rad/psi, i have dueled a few and they seem very strong and fun to play (with the exception of the activation bug on the rad :P). I made a build on mids, just wondered if you guys could give me some feedback..

I have a 35 version of this and the power choices here are spot on. You want to focus on +HP and +recharge the most in my opinion. Above 1400HP would be ideal.

I would say that EF only needs 2 slotting. The extra slot only cuts down 0.05 end/s which could be put to better use

ty for your reply Jackal, i have updated the build a little. I switched the thunderstrikes in Subdue to decimations to give a little more recharge. I mostly did this because i dropped one of the Dark watchers despair in RI and added in another Touch of lady grey to get more recovery and abit better def debuff. I moved the slot from EF and put it on mental blast to squeeze in more recovery from thunderstrikes.

Took into what you said previously mate, I imported your latest build and changed some things, that personally i'd make. I've played my rad/psy quite a lot and i'm fairly confident what i've done would make the build a lot better. I've managed to get a lot more +hp and more +recovery. Recharge isn't really the primary aim tbh. With this build you still get enough recharge for almost perma AM and a tiny downtime on hasten. Hope this helps man.

i've got 37% recovery and like 24% + hp on my build. You will not have the end to run tk and leadership and attack as well.

Looks awesome bud, but take a slot out of hasten and put it in Stamina, then stick a Perfomance Shifter: Chance for +End in there.

Go Power epic imo, only time i would want tk is for dueling colds and certain MM's.

Dueling build i would take leadership + power, team build i would take conceal + power for phase and better sike damage and PB'd heals ect

Tk outpreforms powers in teams. However I do agree that power is better for duels.
