not very constructive no, but think about it.. why did ED come around, PvP... so many nerfs come into play becaues of PvP, so frankly im sick of people asking for more nerfs.

This isn't strictly true as this is a team game and while I can't kill my opponent I can do my best to help my team kill the other team.

I thought ED came in because the Dev's wanted to standardise certain powers and get people using other enhancements other than accuracy, damage and recharge. It also made Inventions possible.

Well yeh but you have to have a lot of patience in todays PvP climate. I have got into it a little more recently. But only by working through those initial encounters where you are subjected to almost non stop frustrations.
I think I was on the edge of dropping PvP perma untill I got involved in a few team battles in sirens and RV and found that it can actually be fun. And that you can actually get kills.

I think a lot of people go into a zone to see what pvp is like then get AS'd. Then get AS'd. Then get AS'd. Then get AS'd. Then leave and never return.
Replace with TK, heat loss or perma Dom or plain old ganked.
And maybe they persist and actually manage to get an opponents hp bar below 50% only for them to Phase.

It is all well and good to reply or flame people who are desperate for PvP to be more balanced with the usual its pvp its unfair, use any tactic you can etc..

But the plain fact is that PvP is dead in the water EU side. From scanning the US boards it doesnt seem as bad.
Maybe just a bigger population will solve 90% of the problems.

edit- also one thing that still gets under my skin is the mobs in some of the zones. Heavies stink. WB an RV its pretty annoying in a duel or battle to have some annoying psi enemies run over and finish you. If an enemy uses them to get you fair enough but the random element adds nothing but frustration imo

I think anything goes in pvp Phase shift has a LONG activation time use that your advantage save up your big hitters for the final push kinda thing, No one like dying in PVP and if they stop it from happening why not, saying that i do agree kind off, just admit defeat IF its 1on 1 if its gank the squishy and he/she uses phase shift dont moan!

Instant activation now, well almost. Seems to me people like easy kills, PvP is supposed to be a challenge, if you want something easy then probably PvE is your best bet.

The only annoying power i REALLY hate seeing used on me is glue arrow. On my melee toons i may as well call it a day as soon as thats hit me

Phase shift im ok way since while theyr "phased" it gives me time to heal myself up back to full and get a status effect power ready for when their health gets down to the "press phase shift power" level. I know of a few /elec brutes in sirens that phase shift a lot, and its always when they get to the certain level. As soon as i figured out where that level is . . . . it became much easier to defeat them

I do prefer "old school" pvp though i will admit. Me and some people in my sg still have classic arena battles in which the person whos ranked highest at the time (pvp wise) gets put into a handicap match (say 2 on 1), keeps things interesting

But thats like the best arrow, apart from maybe Entangling, Oil Slick, EMP, Acid and Poison Gas, oh and Dispersion.

Dang I can't kill anything on my empath, I should simply stop pvping with it.

It true Empaths are somewhat at a disadvantage with their primary set being for the benefit of others albeit 3 powers, so it depends how you slot for the second.
Are you going for PvE/Hybrid/or full-on PvP slotting overall on your build?. Mother isn't exactly a PvP killing machine but shes surprised the unwary and complacent in her time.
