Electricity Manipulation Damage V NRG
Still when kiting, it will have a rooting time as I'm also sure you know ^^. A stalker just have to press follow on /elec blaster and when the thunderstrike animation is starting he knows he has gotten a kill
I have an elec/elec build on my blaster, however, i always seem to have trouble with more than 3 mobs my lvl. Have i chosen the wrong build

Depends on what lvl you are, and what lvl the mobs are your fighting also do you mean 3mobs at once or do you mean a 3 man mob spawn?
A 3 man mob spawn should be a cake walk for an elec/elec even +3 to your lvl but if your trying to take on 3 mobs at once then that would be more tricky but still doable as long as they were the same lvl. But again this all depends on your lvl
Ok, i know i have just started, but surely i can't be that cr*p. I am lvl 11 and taking on 3 lvl 11 mobs, i seem to get my butt kicked sometimes. Maybe i am just a bit naff sometimes
Nah, thats not abnormal at your level. You will only have Training origin enhancements which are awful. You could try slotting invention origin enhancements (go to the university in Steel canyon to check these out) or at lvl 12 you can start slotting lvl 15 Dual origin enhancements. Both of these will make you noticeable more powerful, but they do take money

Ok, thanks for that, but it is all moot now as i have just got my villain mastermind rob/tra to lvl 12. Way cool
Now 2 part blaster dmg is bugged its worth getting TF for its 1k damage sighs, unless the devs decided to fix something...

Yeah you just put what I said, that /elec has a bigger smashing component than /nrg... but now we are not dealing with dmg, but with how thunderstrike makes an /elec blaster an easy kill to stalkers... so try and keep up.. sheesh

Depends if you know how to "joust" effectively, Thunder Strike can be used at a range if combined with Super Speed as I'm sure you already know.
So I disagree with this, it depends on the players style.
