For soloing and groups SS/Fire Brutes work very well and can also be used for farming. If u want elec armor or willpower SS goes well with both but other sets such as Energy Melee and Stone Melee are very good also.
oki ss sounds grate but wich is the best will power or elec??
oh and btw im not taking energy meele couse it tends to me to be at the boring side and ive playd alot of stone meele tanks so tyred of that and doint wanna be so ofiouse to take elec meele so its between ss,dark,fire,DB

It looks pretty good Viper but are u going for a PvP or PvE build?
Hi, i have an SS/Elec Brute the Mighty Black Pudding and he is excellent for Soloing and not too bad for PVP.
I would not go for Fly as ur main travel i have Combat jumping and Super jump. Combat jumping providing just that bit extra defense 
i have also taken acrobatics, hasten and dropped grounded.. this build seems to work well for me
