I'd like to do it.. be previous teams presented, they haven't been able to do it without dying. That and my Badge-[censored] is my Controller (Fire/Emp) and people don't seem interested in a few AT combi's as they're incapable of doing the TF with them, too busy min/maxing because they are kinda "[censored]" at doing it with "non" min/maxed teams. *shrugs* excludes alot of people really, that arrogance.

Concept first. I made a vow that the next STF I will tank would be an all scrapper stf and thats not going to change ever. I hate players that need certain sets with an absolute vengeance in fact I have kicked so many of my global for it that I have known for years. Now I barely know anyone.

Well you still know me, hun so that's gotta count for something 
I moved the Controller to Defiant now anyway, as I see to have more "input" from them, than Union-attitude to most things atm, so I decided to give Defiant a try with him (only the Controller -- tho the Scrapper might follow him if things keep going the way they are). So if you ever wanna try any TFs on there (as I have some time off now for the wife, as the baby is expected soon) -- then give me a PM and I'll sort out time getting on to give you a hand, as I need to get back into CoX again.
I think Defiant is a great PVE server. Union has RP and PVP so people say. Well with all the firsts and oftens that keep accumulating on Defiant is PVE without question then. Vigilance players I find great because they seem to play with so much respect for the enemy and look out for eachother so well and Zukunft villains level so damn fast XD but saying that I don't know everyone.

Other than your staple Tank/Healer/Damage .. i have never done STF with a team that was tailored for STF, always done it with whoever anyone wants to bring.
I may set one up myself and just see what Toons people want to join .. again apart from the obv Tank/Healing/Damage, feel free to name whatever toon you'd like to bring. This may bring a whole host of people out of the woodwork with snide comments of 'Good Luck' and so on, but who cares!
