These Lost turns into Rikti, because there can be no Lost after a certain level. This means that you play on hard difficulty, or that the upper level range for this mission, has been reached. You will get hints about a transformation, here and there. :-)

Unless I'm mistaken Mr Sakey, he's saying that's he's found Rikti where he expected to find Lost, and I really don't think that info is what Rikti present.
Were he to find Lost in that mission, then yes, that information might have been allegedly available
