Dont... you need the shield, conserve and power boost for AVs imo... for just mobs I'd personally go psi epics, but it's much less AV friendly

It boosts the -tht and -def of RI and the slow (not -rechg) from LR. It also boosts the hold and -end from EMP, the +movt and mez resists from AM, the heal from RA, the hold from Choking Cloud. And that's just for your secondary

and on top of that iirc PB boosts the +recov from AM and the mezz of acro and shield effects as well.
Primal Forces (with PB) has prolly best use on /rad of all troller secondaries. And you don't use the shield? cough cough
Hibernate is a great power too though. Pets stay active and it doesn't detoggle you, but makes all the toggles non-effective for the time being in hibernate. So when you get out of hibernate all your toggles are directly up again as they were right before you activated hibernate.
Was thinking of respecin in ice mastery and getting rid of primal forces, the thing is i never turn on the sheild and only ever use conserve power when fighting avs and need to leave my debuffs on for any length of time.
so getting rid of the sheild and keeping hibenate gives me a extra power slot to play with, so how best to slot ice storm and hibernate considering with the rest of the build i have gone for -recharge.
edit...also will my debuffs keep running while im in hibenate?? i assume my pets will stay active?
