Try HOs should be able to get thet up to the high 90s all the way cross the board ,think the ones you want (cant rem the name now) go for about 8mill+ you will need 3 of em!!
Ive got mine cheaply slotted at the moment with 3 end recs and 3 diff IO sets i got them for about 2mill and ended up with recred 99% Dam/acc/end 80% which im happy to be honest, i just cant be bothered farming 
Yeah from what I gather most people slot 3 nucleous Acc/dam HOs and 3 recharge.

Sadly this is what I have, before this I had 3 Rcg / 1 Acc / 2 Dam.

A third Acc is really not needed, so you can save yourself some inf and slot only 2 Nucleos (along with 3 Rechg 1 Dmg).

Being a Rad, I'd consider 2 nucleolus, 1 dmg IO, 3 rech IOs

Or you can do the cheaper method and slot any 3 Acc/Dam from the pet sets for about 75%ish Acc/Dam and then the rest recharge.

Just a quick question, atm im thinking about doing a complete character revamp on my ill/rad troller, but iv come up against a brick wall on the phantom army slotting.
At the moment its something like
93% dmg
62% acc
30% end red
47% recharge red
I know im going to have to at least double the recharge in it but my question is this:
Is it worth slotting for acc/end red?
If it isnt i can solve my slotting problem easy. Oh and i know the figures on it look rubbish at the moment. Not enough influence to correct it yet
