Super Strength Screen Shaking

At the start of issue 10, slight screen shaking was introduced for all super strength attacks to give that feel of super strength.

However, now it seems to have reverted back to Knockout Blow, Footstomp and Handclap only. What gives? It was a pretty neat effect!

People complained. Also it was a little silly being able to cause the screen to shake with a jab

But the screen shaking with Haymaker looked way cool!

Hmm, still seems to be there for me?

seems daft that ppl would complain about the screen shaking for ss powers. i liked it too. I would have thought the devs time would be better spent fixing the Consignment house issue. i.e having to wait half an hour before the thing registers you actually selling something.

[/ QUOTE ]It's odd how most people seem to think there's just one group of devs who can all do anything, and it's just a question of what they spend their time on.

I'd be VERY suprised if the same people who handle bugs in the AH system are also in charge of power effects.

I for one am glad the shaking is gone. And yes, I do have a SS tanker (among many other toons).

Hrm, my mistake. It's still there with Haymaker, Knockout Blow, Handclap, and Footstomp. I guess it's just Jab (aka liver blow) and Punch (aka elbow blow) which don't have it. :3 Not sure on Hurl though, can anyone verify that? Though considering it's a ranged attack, you'd likely have to chuck the boulder with the enemy right next to you to see if there's any screenshaking.

Well, I guess four (maybe five) out of seven SS attacks with screenshaking ain't too shabby.
