Was just curious if there was any showcases out there where one could view clips on how the melee powers of the different sets looked like. I'm planning on making an stone armour tank and I am torn between super strength and stone melee.

Sort of but it's a little incomplete. You should try YouTube for various videos too

@Jay Leon Hart
Kerensky: this has nothing to do with underwear
Zwillinger: I put on my robe and wizard hat...
Synapse: I had to resist starting my last post off with "Yo dawg!"

Cheers, and I tried Youtube, only found clips of trollers and other random things, but not much for tankers.

Firey Melee: http://spad.no-ip.com/hosted/cox/firemelee.mkv

Stone Melee: http://spad.no-ip.com/hosted/cox/stonemelee.mkv

You may need the Matroska Splitter and/or FFDShow if you're using Windows Media Player.

Both videos are approx 3Mb - I'll get the rest of the Tanker Secondaries done in time, but Fire & Stone were easiest as I already had high level characters using them.

Edit:

Xvid/Avi versions here:

http://spad.no-ip.com/hosted/cox/FireMelee_xvid.avi
http://spad.no-ip.com/hosted/cox/StoneMelee_xvid.avi

They're slightly larger (3.5Mb each) and the quality isn't quite as good, however.

the attacks shown in order? (am thinking of making a Stone Melee tank that relies a lot on Fault, which I haven't seen used without big fire armour on before)

"Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.
Women wrapped in silk
with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,
spider, brilliant!"

Fault + Tremor combo is awsome dmg migration, they look cool however some may issue the long animation times to be a downside, but imo it isn't really a biggie. Great fun ^^

Are you able to do all the powersets as Spad?

Its a nice way of showing the FX off, I dont think the FX team get enough love of people, most effects get lost in the action. The FX team killed my sonic though

With all the info on powers and powersets its getting like there will never need be anticipation to see what a power is like or does. Story content you can just read it off a site, what to slot and how to slot can be done with more precision (but thats nicer). With nothing to prove and little to discover one is feeling like I dont need to play the game anymore but do carry on. I do kind of know how to demo record and was thinking I dont want to expose my characters but I am thinking of showing off my Sonic/Sonic corrupter to show how conceptually messed she now looks

He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.
