Well, I don't think I've even once been in a pre-organized TF where there hasn't been at least one person has not showing up. So your chances of getting in should be good
Heh... I last time I organized a Strike Force on my main villain, I actually opened a betting-pool on how many would fail to appear... turned a tidy profit from it, too. ^_^
