Best secondary for a Bubbler?
[ QUOTE ]
I think the best i have is electric, with little control and end drain (for concept reasons i will try to leave stamina out too). So probably my attacks will be slotted like 2 acc + 2 end mod + 1 dmg + 1 recharge.

I slot Lightning Bolt and Ball Lightning for damage (2 acc 3 dmg) and only Short Circuit for EndMod (1 Acc 3 EndMod 2 Rchg because I can stack it with Transference's end drain). The end drain from the other attacks is too small to be worth it imo (I don't know about the nuke since I don't have it yet). And don't expect much +end from any of them, so think about it if you're planning to skip Stamina.

I take your notes into consideration. If i run out of stamina that much i think i always have a right to whine like obivious billionare playboy who loves to wear metal undies.
You deffinately need stamina if you plan to roll a bubbler, and i would pick conserve power too
Uh oh,looks like my plan failed. But i think after the TA, FF is the most end friendly set. Before fight you can bubble up whole party and rest after. In fights you can only have to keep up DB and refresh the existing one on the others. If we think end stingy, you can only DS to melee characters. With some end red slotting maybe it will work. I wish i can say i will try it out but end problems probably show themselves after lvl 20, i don't plan to get her lvl 20 so soon. I have enough toons to lvl up for now. But when i get her to that lvl i will let you know how it will turn out.
Okay any bubbler ever used Repulsion Bomb. The only power from the primary i left out of my build. From what i understand the explanation it is soo situational and kinda useless power.
Did you just say you'll only give Deflection Shield to melee characters?
Because I think most characters could do with it tbh
I'd have thought most would run Force Bubble for the non melee toons to sit in, and that's a bit end hungy.

You would need blues just to keep dispersion bubble+force bubble+epic armour up, without attacking, let alone buffing you team mates with defection and insulation fields, as well as attacking. But I can tell you that my fire/ff is much heavier in end than my illu/rad or my fire/storm

It's entirely possible (and very desirable) to keep the whole team topped up with both bubbles even as a secondary bubbler on my Fire controller. And I'm not exactly known for being able to keep my blue bar above 30% most of the time (on any of my alts). 3 Defence Buff and one End Cost in DS and IS and the drain from bubbling a full team (plus imps) is minimal.
http://herostats.org is especially your friend with a bubbler.
And don't just give Deflection Shield to Melee toons, It's Melee, Smash and Lethal defence, so any ranged attack with a smashing or lethal component will use that shield instead of the Insulation Shield if you've not yet got IS slotted to the same point as DS. Also, the chance of a squishy being taken from 50% to next to nothing by a single swipe from a rogue enemy increases as you go through the game. One Spines/Claws Paragon Protector in MoG who's peeled off from the tank and become annoyed at a blaster, and the effort in keeping the whole team bubbled becomes worthwhile. Unless you're looking for Vengeance fodder, of course

Thanks guys your answers fun to read. Okay i give up my foolish obsession and will get stamina. But on very late levels, like 28 or 30. Because i like the idea of whining.
I found that on my bubbler endurance wasn't much of an issue. It depends what other things you want to do when not bubbling. I mainly do single target attacks which are pretty cheap and healing which is a bit more expensive.
1 end red in the bubbles and 1-2 in attacks will probably be enough for you to bypass stamina. I only started having end problems when I started getting Leadership and hadn't slotted enough end reds.
@Unthing ... Mostly on Union.
With Cosmic Burst I can keep someone perma stunned (not boss level)
I cant think of anything in energy that gives that, but you can try keeping targets perma knockdown (though Force Bolt does that very well on its own and Energy Blast is unreliable by comparison)
