Oddly enough I side with Psydock on this, somewhat.
The emp was decent at keeping buffs up and his movement was good, but I still managed to tag him inside of 10 seconds when I got loose from the cage; when they switched to caging Shaman, I managed to nail the troller twice, with the emp standing next to him. The emp was decent, but I can't say I was particularly impressed.
