Posi is ok - Vahz, Clockwork and Council iirc, with some defeat alls, some deliveries, a patrol and some stealthable ones. Someone with travel power/recall friend is worth their weight in gold on this.
Depending on time/date, I may be up for this with my ice tank (currently a bar away from 14). With the right people, posi can be a blast - did it three times in a week once, good times

this is a really bad one to try and infer anything from. I'm amazed anyone bothers doing any of the others after it (some of them are fantastic - the Hess one/Eden trial (yes I know) ).
basically plays like a long story arc. No big monster/AV or whatever. Make sure everyone has travel powers (by the fifth mission or so you'll want to kill the sprinter) or, as mentioned, a teleporter. A Mind/ troller or /Psi defender is worth their weight in gold on this one.

I'll getting my travel power in a bit, so it might help if anyone else applying has theirs as well.
As a note, though, I'm going to nudge the start time back to around 6/7pm? It's a lot later than originally planned, but a couple of people I spoke to can't get there any earlier.
Depending on team needs, I can throw in a Ice/SS tank (14) who can happily herd/hold aggro with the right support, or a Rad/Psi defender (14 also) who can provide silly debuffery/AM for mez resistance, or indeed a mind/storm (you guessed it, 14) troller for single target sleep, hold, confusion, with smatterings of snowstorm and quasi stealth from steamy mist.
Assuming my schedule remains clear, I'll be at posi at about 6/7pm, and I'll switch to whichever toon once we know numbers. There is a chance I can't make it, but I'll try and give advance notice if that is the case.
Saturday 6pm I'll be next to Positron, with travelpower. I'm gonna be on my Defender Plutonix(rad/rad)

That one is interesting for my Union toon as well - a Ill/Rad Controller called Mesmerino. Problem is, currently he's only lvl 12.9...
I'll see how far towards my travel power I can get this afternoon (don't have too much time before 6pm) - if I can make it or at least get reasonable close (say, within a mission or two) I'll just show up at Positron's to see if there's still space in the group 
As long as you're willing to pull your weight in the group, I don't consider level too important, really. Plus - as pointed out above - there's no AV or GM in this mission, so we're not in any real danger to begin with.
If we get debt....eh, so? What's life without a bit of rough and tumble?
Well, being Ill/Rad, I at least have Accelerate Metabolism and Radiation Infection to help out the group
But I was more thinking about the "have to run everywhere and keep the rest waiting" effect of being pre-14
