after doing RSF 6 times i can safely say, that MMs primary set is totally useless against FP and serve no purpouse what so ever...
unfortunately this means we know can confirm 2 gimped ATs against RSF (even tho we had 1 of both in this team lol) Stalkers and MMs.

Having run the RSF two-for-two as an MM, I don't think that the MM AT is gimped at all - you just have to adapt your playstyle to the task.
I agree that, in the main, MMs' primaries are the least important role they play. For the initial runs against the Vindicators and the FP, my bots were nothing but cannon fodder - but that was useful enough when combined with bodyguard. I switched into a role as debuffer (being /Dark) and was pretty damned effective; when I dropped in fighting the FP, my absence was definitely noticeable. As soon as we whittled down enough Heroes - and my bots started staying alive - their damage (and -regen) was also a great benefit.
As such, I think the 'best' MMs for the RSF are probably /Dark, /Poison, /TA, /FF and /Traps in that order - though as you've mentioned elsewhere, a player who knows his/her AT inside and out is more important than what they're playing, for this SF.

Update here guys - this IS still going ahead - Jon couldn't get on to post the team but if you've spoken / agreed with him you're coming - kick off is 9:30 / 10 am now - please have your shivans and ideally chem nuke (others a plus) ready in advance..
See you there and we'll be looking to set a new server-best time (currently held by our Wednesday team 3:30)
well, thats the tuesday, thursday and saturday one all done succesfully =)
very well done all. keep an eye out for next weeks thread =)
Umm - one has noticed the new calendar feature on the forums (that or I never saw it before!!) Could we perhaps use this to arrange RSFs? though I seem to be only able to put Private entries in.
im deffo up for both thursday and saturday (ill send a tell to two fist myself to let him know).. tho if we are bring a 2nd MM, perhaps 1 of my other alts would be better, not sure which one, since they are all about pure dmg, and no buffs (unlike my MM) and so far it seems that buff/debuffs are more important than dmg-output :/ so any suggestions on what would be handy is welcome:
Grav/Fire/Letithian Dominator - Massive dmg and tons of holds (if u count DPS over a longer time of period its insane)
Fire/Fire/Scorpion Brute - Massive dmg (as always with fire), not sure, but prolly higher DPS than ur regular EM-brute. Has taunt.
EM/DA Brute - Again, massive dmg, can take just as much beating as my fire brute, but also has the nice massive res to Psi which stones hate may or may not have taunt, only lvl 45 atm, and not sure if ill be ableto get taunt before the SF.
or ill just come by with my MM and give u all a nice +Def boost
