I'm now stuck between 2 great choices, help defeat the AV's and get the badges, or log onto a villian and take a pop shot at Goldy.....

just a quick note about tonights AV event, the pillboxes will need to be captured several times over to get all the AVs out ( just a note if someone dident know that) also capes and auras are aloud

I need some rep points on my villains who have been neglecting PvP in favour of getting to 50 so knowing so many of you will now be in what place at what time, I'll be happy to top my rep up.
Anyone else think the OP has not thought through what exactly happens in a PvP zone and that it may be worth keeping non PvP visits there secret and oustide of peak time? 
first 3 heroes there get a heavy (sinse theres 3)
dealing with villains who show up to ruin everything:try and ignore them iif they attack, defeat them if they run off, dont follow if they wreck a heavy, reaplace it
Difficulty of the AVs: the diffficulty for the villains (Arch-villains) i think goes like this: Ghost Widow-Lord Recluse-BLack Scorpion-Captain Mako-Sccirico
AV Tactics ( how to fight em): Ghost widow: ghost widow is the most powerful of the Arch-villains in RV send in heavys and tanks first so they will get the agro she will need to be held so that she cant proform her signiture soul storm or heal herself
Lord Recluse: Lord Recluse has 2 extremly powerful AOEs send in the heavys and tanks first tanks for agro and heavys at close range deal very high damage hold him so he cant use his attacks also this will stop him from calling in reinforcements
Black Scorpion: Black Scorpion does the highest damage at melee, send in tanks to get agro and keep heavys away so they can use there ranged attacks keep him in one spot so he cant escape
Captain Mako: Captain Mako is a highly dangerous member of Arachnos, he cant be held i belive and can 1 shot lots of things, send in tanks and get heavys to use there powerful short range attacks keep attacking him so he cant stealth
Scirrico: Scirrico is the weakest AV in arachnos, he has the least HP and hes attacks arnt as powerful as the others, send in tanks to get his agro and get heavys to use there high damaging short range attacks, keep him to the ground to prevent him flying off
Don't worry, I'm sure the Freedom Felix or some of those dudes from the planet Kheladia will protect you from the villains... 
But watch out for Arachnos! They might beat you up!
When Longbow get beaten up, badly drawn blood sprays everywhere, a bit like if you go into MSPaint and select the spray paint tool and red as the colour and just drag the mouse around randomly. Weird, eh?

You do know that by allowing the use of heavies you ruin the entire event, since you MUST do 10% of damage for a badge, and heavies take do huge amounts of damage?
The last 2 times I was there for a defiant attempt, some selfish buggers with heavies kept anyone else from getting a badge. Until they had untimely "mishaps".

Damn, my game locked up on the way back from the hospital (my 325th trip, it would seem). Couldn't be bothered restarting it. 2 hours attacking AV's without one going down was demoralising enough. All I came away from it with was some debt from a villain with a spider heavy.....
im glad to anouce the AV hunt was a sucsess, with 22 heroes in RV all the AVs fell easilly these heroes where:

This explains how out of the mass of heroes attacking the AVs, my team of me and another, both in control of heavies got the badges... also, i know how to properly handle a heavy, something i dont think many people have grasped yet.
also to add to this there will be a maximum of 3 teams (24 players) each team with its own heavie, that way the 10% dmg delt should be shared equilly between the 3 teams ( this is for the reschduled event)
Sounded like a hoot, I'd be up for it next time.
Can I say well done to the villains for keeping it PvP, sounded like an added edge to get the adrenalin going
Also, beware the PM'ing villains posing as heroes could... take advantage...
