Proposed Thug/Poisons Build
Your build should work perfectly well Spad,just a couple of issues that came out of the Recluse's Victory event.
1.I'm not sure you need the fitness pool I fought in a few massive extended pitched battles without running into any end problems.
2.I took the medicine pool,specifically Stimulant and Aid Self,one to back up Antidote allowing easier stacking of mes protection and Aid Self,slotted 3/heals/2interupts,to keep myself alive,very useful
3.I prefer flight so I took Air Superiority,a massively underated attack and flight simply that vertical dimension is so important.
4.I also took swift but purely as a way of speeding up travel,3 slotted with run speeds.
This worked fine for me and lead to some very surprised Granite Armoured tanks
I would also suggest that your minoins really should have 6 slots;
Thugs 3acc/3dam
Enforcers 2acc/2dam/2tohit buff
Bruiser 2acc/3dam/1hold
I personally always slot with 3 accs this is because my chars are intended to visit PvP zones.

Nods to removing the Fitness Pool; unless you intend to be a Blastermind, a few Endrec's in the major drainers will leave you with enough.
Sort of odd thinking of a Thug/Poison though..

I agree with getting stamina, particularly if youre poison. I base this thought to my build in test server event. Plus of course theres the question of most suitable travel power, I have to admit Im not sure what IS the best travel power for masterminds.
Poison trap is the only relatively naff power in the poison set, all else is good, and you might still want poison trap for the -regen. And getting the rez power is of course optional.
On the other hand I've come to the conclusion of propably dropping leadership from my MM builds, it doesnt do enough I think.
I'd really try and fit in neurotoxin breath there somewhere.

Yeah that's a stinker alright! I know it's for concept, and I applaud your bravery, but not getting any pets at all?
Might you be better off with unslotted pets in perma-bodyguard mode than you would with tough and weave (concept notwithstanding)? and you could then drop the fighting pool and get Air Superiority instead of kick, which is a better attack imo, and then you could get fly so you can more easily escape the total pounding you're going to take
