Reclaiming Sirens Call!

was fun during the fight, however what got to me and killed my pvp spirit for the day (which I also let the people involved know that night) was that after the majority of vills left the good ol' complainin bout heroes ganking villains was re-instituted while there were no complaints whatsoever when 15 mins earlier the vills outnumbered the heroes greatly and basically did the same. After which there came complaints bout 'cocky' heroes, vills griefing etc etc... really a shame when stuff has to end this way.

"god, how many devs did hami have to sleep with to get ED?"

In spite of playing a MM I decided to swing by on Saturday, was a little late (~7:30ish), managed 2 kills before my laptop just couldn't handle the graphics of all the players and I started getting killed anytime I went near a big group, then it just completely froze and disconnected...
Definitely have to get a €3000+ range laptop if I'm going to have a hope at playing Warburg and Recluse's Victory...
Might have to see how a non-MM handles it since there'd be less graphics due to no pets...
I'm also still left thinking that bodyguard isn't going to cut it since (short of group fly and such) it'd require traveling on the ground at normal sprint speeds, the words "sitting duck" spring to mind.

Well in the beginning, I checked the team search menu for Siren's Call, and there was 32 Villains there, and I know that there was at LEAST 5 on hide, so pretty large number of villains.

We do need to do it again though. Don't think I could handle doing one the saturday coming, X3 is out isn't it? Maybe the saturday after...

But yeah great fun, although as Kinslayer says I was shocked to find the heroes kinda just, gave up all of a sudden, I mean they were doing a rather good job of pushing us back. Ah well. I'll post another thread when we decide on a date for another one. Keep your eyes on the boards people!

At one point, the heroes were really pushing us back but suddenly seemd to lose interest and all leave.

Probably went to watch TV.

Hmm, Enervator. That's the defender I kept chasing half way across the zone with my Ice/Ice Exofrost MK IV

Sorry for pestering you so much but a lot of the villains kept ignoring you in favour of the more obvious targets but I knew you had the potential to really ruin our party which is why I was a bit merciless in my targeting. Was mroe to keep you out of the fight with buffs than to actually kill you

I had no idea who was chasing me, didn't have time to read everyones names.
I was just staying away from the main group of villains and leading any strays into a waiting (small) group of heroes.
I don't think the heroes numbers went past half of what the villains had. I blame the lack of publicity on the heroes side, the Eurovision Song Contest and the fact it was a Saturday.

Had more villains due to villain sg leaders telling there members to go forth and plunder .

Well, the next one is two weeks away, give the heroes time to get up some forces. Should present somewhat more of a challenge than the pitiful unco-ordinated resistance we got from the heroes the last time
