As you can see, with no Stamina, going for the hit-and-run type Stalker. Should work, may have to tweak the build here and there though.

I dunno bout your build yet, but ur Sig pic rocks XD love it.
k acouple things that jump out at me
bone smasher needs an end redux
assassin strike needs a recharge
placate can't be slotted with disdur only recharge preferably 3
Kuji-in rin won't be perm with 2 recharge try 3
Stun don't think you need that when its only mag 3 and TF can do mag 4
Teleport really needs 3 end redux for pvp
fly is pants for pvp unless its a 2nd travel power
Defiant's GoEH/MILITIS METUS
No point going flight and tp pool for PvP as an em stalker its plain silly imo. Especially if your getting air sup, I'd go ss and tp, or ss and sj. Hasten is too good ss is a great travel power, tp helps to get stormies, force bubbler etc. SJ is generally a greate travel power CJ/hurdle with ss on an em stalker is fantastic.
Drop stun its cack, you already have total focus at 50
Drop Caltrops
Slot tohit buffs in build up, T
Teleport is overslotted (no need for 3end redux in PvP range is more crucial)
Tp foe is just overated now i think, and those slots could be used elsewhere 2 acc is enough maybe a range (if thats the reasons your going tp pool)
Slot ranges in placate.
Def buffs in hide never hurt to be honest more AoE defence the better eh?
Stalkers also have a sleep power? and a -perception that could be useful aswell, worth testing it out.
You may want to rethink the order of your powers aswell, to suit other zone PvP.
Heres one thing i was really curious about, No mace hold or immobilzes??!!! They do -jump aswell as slow that is invaluable for a stalker its the reason to go mace pool for PvP. They can't escape you at all.
Also I'd fit in grant invis if you team or invisibilty for yourself-good for tracking.

Ahem. Kuji-In Rin is Perma with 2 SO's. You don't have TF in Sirens' Do You? And my build is purely single target hit and run, so there's no need for recharges or end redux really, as I just TP back out to recover. My build needs tweaked a little though, I'm not quite happy with the slotting.

i wasn't refering to your build i was refering to the OP build.. and Rin isn't perm with 2 recharge .. 3 even level recharge only gives a 5-8 second overlap so how can 2 be perm ?

Yep stun is pants when you have TF
yeah i'd drop caltrops

teleport - actualy you get more range V end with end reduxs believe it or not and you don't want to end up with no end while stalking someone.
Tp foe is overslotted
anytime you use placate its going to be in melee range anyway
do need more def enh in hide.
smoke flash and blinding powder are situational .. i tried both and didn't really use them much in pvp.

Rin is Perma at 2 SO's, I know this, because I have it on both my 40 Stalker and my 31 Stalker. The only time it's NOT Perma with 2 SO's is when your SO's are -1 to your lvl, and even then there's about 3 seconds downtime. The extra one is just a waste of a slot.
Yup rin is perma with 2 SO's. Duration of 120, recharge of 120.5, but i never really use it on perma anyway, only before i go into a fight though always useful to have ready if needed.
For stun, i have a very clear idea of what i want to use it for, mainly used with TP for annoyance's like Stormies and Bubbles like everclear said. 3 slotted with duation can give you quite an advantage as you have lots of time to play with.
I may change the power order a little, but am definately keeping to that build.

Yeah Rin is perma with 2 SO's... until you run into slow effects, which everyone and their cousin have.
Not to mention double-stacking Rin is very useful against trollers/doms. Stacking 3 holds is easy and common, stacking 6 is another issue.
So I'd go the 3rech + hasten route, but that's just me.

Stacking 3-4 holds is easy?? or else u dont have travels to hit the road once u have attacked, or i'm missing something. When u attack u should be out of range without giving a chance to attack back, 1 hold or ranged attack if u push me, but a quick tp or ss should be safe enough imo

Have u checked elerith's videos at www.thatslyfe.com? He's a EM/nin with fly and tp (and air sup), and he does very well imo
