I would LOVE to help you... If someone finds him
1) Wait for the next server maintanence
2) Log on immediatly after the server is up
3) Search the spawn points
And there you have it, insta badge :P
All GM's originally start as 'spawned' so if noone else has beaten you too it, you should find it 
Though if you do, be kind and let others know, its so rare i don't even have it on my main

Ah, the elusive Knight Errant, my main has been sweeping the spawn points for weeks, a member of my SG casually picked it up, no sweat. Then one of my alts crossed a road, just find a freshly made Paladin darting across Kings with his Cog entourage.
NEXT my tiny lvl 10 scrapper got ganked by the building Cogs and my main arrived too late..... any shout outs for this will be appreciated also!

And then i found it again the following day at the exact same place at the exact same time, so alot of the EVO radio crew got it that time, making 5 times ive taken out the construction over 3 characters
I got 7 kraken badges in the space of two weeks last summer, after that I've seen him... maybe 5 times.
too bad i didnt see this post until now, i saw Kraken out running last night
