Well that's a pitty. Maybe I'll skip out on it, of course that does depend on how squishy my teammates are.
I'll have to see if it's a useful power to take or too situational or maybe even if it'll work with my character concept.
Woulda been REALLY useful power if it worked for when your pets go splat though.
Can help with Braaaains only (Necro/Dark here).
The main thing is you only need one Blast really. I'd make it the second one (forgot the name, soz), the DoT. I'd ignore Life Drain completely normally. It's pants. You might need it with Poison but it is rubbish anyway so its unlikely to save you much.
For slotting I slotting the meatbags with 2 acc & 3 damage. The knights the same and "Celine" (Zombie Spirits look like Celine Dion, sound like her too) with damage & recharge (however many slots you have).
Mr Lich I ain't got yet but I'd guess at 2 accuracy, 2 hold, 1 fear and 1 damage maybe?
Oh and you should be alright skipping Stamina. I am.
It's gloom (the second power) quite the nice one.
I was thinking of taking life drain, might indeed not do that now.
At the moment, I don't seem to be able to live without Stamina (or at least i'm always out of end) so I was building towards it (taken swift). I basically only really use my Heal from Poison and my Heal from Medicine and seem to be constantly running out of end healing the team and my zombies.
I might respec it out later if it becomes obsolete though.
Just cause Im bored I'll give a bit of advice:
Primary Powers - Get Zombie Horde, Gloom, Enchant Undead, Grave Knight, Soul Extraction, Lich, Dark empowerment.
Secondary - Get Alkaloid (no choice), Envenom, Weaken, Neurotoxic Breath, Parilytic Poison, Poison Trap, Noxious Gas
For primary dont get the first attack and Life Drain is pretty pointless. You can drop gloom if you want to go for a completely passive role but it might prove a problem at low levels.
For secondary you can drop poison trap, Antidote and elixa of life are only useful if you team alot.
Pool Powers:
Leadership go assault and tactics vengance doesnt work on pets and neither does a res.
Travel power tp is fine but recently on my bots/ff MM I switched from recall and tp to hover, fly and group fly.
Fitness shouldnt be needed and really I can run 4 toggles (assault, tactics, force bubble and dispersion bubble) with out major end problems and still heal and buff when needed (although the odd blue insp is required due to force bubble).
Concealment; Stealth might be useful for you as you have now self protection power and grant invis is good on henchies when PvPing.
Medecin is not needed for a /poison MM. If you really really wnat a self heal then you could pick up life drain but I wouldnt.
If I get time later I can post a build without slots so MaX and others who have got more experience with their Necro MM's than me can advise on slotting.
i'm a /poison one (with bots).
The heal will realy chunck out your endurance pre-goodslotting, but once its fully rech/heal/endred slotted its a wonderfull spam power to keep your pets or team alive.
Envenom i slotted with acc/accdb/accdb, but still uknown if it has realy effect, though on bosses i see my pets being hit less. Great vs /regen i asume.
The other debuff (forgot name) that does a res/def debuff is just great. Increases damage of your pets alot, specialy good vs lt and boss.
The cone (poison breath?) i never took, slow/regen i didnt see any use, together with the fact u need to get close into battle and aim a bit.
The hold power (nerotoxic?) is just wonderfull, your own little hold wich has a pretty cool animation. Moderate recharge, moderate hold, i gues going 2xacc/2xrech/2xhold is best for it.
Rez power never took so far, i'm going way more solo atm and its useless for your pets.
acid mortar, havent reach taht lvl yet and unsure if i even get the power. Placed it might be a great power, but having more and more powers to do when you attack a group.. Not at the moment
lvl38 power, imho looks like a awsome power. Specialy if you have a pet that runs into the group or goes melee often, it gives a great aoe debuff. Using a goto, its a mobile tar-patch. (seems like the /rad version, but with poison effect).
Oh and i chosen for (as good as)perma hasten and stamina set. It fits in my powers and helps me realy alot atm.

That really doesn't seem to leave me much space for anything else though does it?
imho medicine pool only usefull if you want to heal yourself. Stimulatant seem to do the same as the poison version (resist vs protect?), once someone uses a rez-insp Antidote removes the stun-effect instanty, and having another rez-skill is a bit overdone. (full slot with recharge should wont take long between rez'es).
I have fly, fitness, leadership as pools now (only acc/dmg), still dont know what to get for lvl35. With fast slotting on the heal, medicine becomes a bit obsolete unless you want to heal yourself. But with upcomming MM's love in I7 (share of damage over your pets), i think the healing should be far less.

Why helloooooo.
So my Altilitus has gotten the better of me and I've joined Defiants Villain population with a MM.
Now I can't seem to be able to get the Hero Builder I found to work.
But I have the base Idea for what I want with my MM. Any help / advice on which levels to take what form those in the know would be gr8!!!
I want all the Primaries... well most of them anyway, as far as I can tell their all pretty much needed.
Travel power I was going to take TP (just recall and TP)
Then I've already picked up the Medicine Pool

Then of course there's my Poison Secondary.
I've already got the Heal (first power)
& then I've taken Envenom, which although being a single target is quite useful to slap that silly Leiut / boss down easier.
I definatly want the Res, but all the other powers look really cool as well, of course due to the restricted amount of powers I can take, I seem to be quite limited in choices, also I'm not sure what powers unlock at what level.
As you can see, I'm not taking the standard MM stealth Route either, I just don't think I have the power slots to pick that up as well
i guess I'm basically asking for a build layout? if anyone has the time or would care to post one for me to have a look at? (or a link to a hero builder, i believe i was trying the SilverShark?? one)
