You've got temp powers and pets from the PVP zones, but you still want the xp boost? Keep it for actually saving the city.

Risk = Reward right? Right.
Phase Shift/PFF etc. nerfed to stop players overusing them in PvP. right? Well...
One shot, never miss tactics that one shot kill any AT regardless of build/toggles or anything that can only be stopped by the very same powers that just were nerfed; by TP Foe into a Drone. Right? Well, frankly no.

PvP is supposed to be about tactics and skill. Not just sitting in ganking squads; but Cryptic 'seem' to be actually supporting that view.

Soloution? Safe Zones are immune from Enemy Fire. Once inside one, you are within a permanent 100% Def ALL PFF.

Drones are no longer needed; or at worse TP you back to your Hospital.

Reasonavbly simple as. atm, TP is the only power that can auto-kill enemies and auto-evade any ability bar Hold/Sleep.

Personally I think the whole npc's and debt in a player versus players zone is ridiculous. I have nothing against the use of the enviroment but I think it could be done in a better way then NPC's. Put some low visiablity places in (like dark astoria) or a storm that would rage in the zone. Traps, when you jump over a wall to get out of your enemy's sight/attack so you could heal up and whoops suddently you landed on a trap that caused you to be slowed or lowered your dmg or similar for example.

Now I know this would require some sort of effort, so such things would hardly be implemented

It is Player versus Player zones, leave debt and npc's out of it I say

I'm almost in 2 minds about this.
Personally, when I'm PvPing I'll avoid NPCs like the plague, to the point of breaking off a fight if the opponents get targeted by them. I'll even help kill the NPCs if my opponent starts on them. I think the problem is that in their current numbers they simply interrupt PvP combat, especially in Warburg. As for using them to kill other players, I think that's a pretty cheap tactic and not one I'd ever use, but the devs seem to be saying that PvP zones are no holds barred and I don't really have a problem with that. I'll play the way I consider fair, you do the same. If I find I'm being killed by mobs all the time, I'll try to get you back the same way! Failing that, I'll go do something else, like clear all the debt

Yeah I just read those posts on US forums, finally confirmation of what is allowable, its been driving me crazy.

At least now its on a board so everyone knows its allowed.

The debt in PVP zones is really the only point in having the big red warning signs when entering the zones. If you get killed by a player there is no repercussion the NPCs are there to create risk in the form of debt. Without the npcs we just have open arena 'zones' which just sounds boring to me.

If other players use the NPCs to kill you then they don't get the reputation and/or bounty that would be due them this is what is in place to discourage this type of 'griefing' If you go to the zone and these are the only tactics being used, you can leave when they run out of targets the players will get bored and leave. If you pvp a lot why do you even care about debt, you'll reach the debt cap soon enough and then pvp without risk, the problem seems to be people who want to pvp and pve and aren't prepared to exemp down for a couple of missions after a debt heavy pvp session.

Definitely agree with this, it's fun with hero vs villain even if I get kileld, but when it comes to villain vs villain it can be a bit pissy, P.S. I LOVE SIREN'S CALL!!
