I slot my Full Aggro with 3 damage, 1 acc and 2 recharge SO's (I'm /devices so I also have target drone acc buff)
Used to have 3 dam/3 recharge, but I've found the extra Acc can make a big difference against +level mobs, when de-buffed and high defence targets (Rikti Drones etc.) Had this setup for a while now and I'm very happy with it.
Anyone tried +range on FA? If so - good/worthless/ok sometimes?

too much range and being close to a group through no fault of your own obviously but i dunno say tank and map can have you hitting the group you want and the group behind, too much cone can have you hitting whats around the tank and in the tanks taunting aura and whats outside of the aura and therefore whats outside may come for you. A range slot means one slot less of something else. yes i have experienced all this. As to it being good, bad, pointless, worth it? Well to me its all four, the question was like asking how long a piece of string is to me. I dont have range slotted anymore i just ask the tanker for tight herds and look for the best position in which the herd looks tightest and shoot. My buckshot has range i think thats sweet and it knockbacks (ooh borrowed time).

Have just started playng with a specific AR/Dev SG and have to say that in a team of 6 we literally do pwn everything in our way. I know thats the same with any specific team dynamics (I have always found duplicate powerset teams to be awesome since our 8 man bubbler team herded the lvl 10/11s in hallows when we were at lvl 5/6)
It is a lot of fun at the moment, just wait till we hit sirens

I hear you. I have only once been fortunate enough to play in an all blaster team (3 AR and an energy) it was a total bullet fest, and we effortlessly laid waste to everything that got in our way.
full auto is pvp is not a great power... 6 second lock down...
the whole AR/Dev set conversation seems to domintae this part oft he forums at teh moment and the general feeling is it needs a lot of love to match up in damage to the out put of enery fire or nay of the others, plus its slowness is a bit of a bug bear. Increase teh damge by 25% across the board and it might actually compete in terms of damage. However the set is not about raw damage, its all about strategy, patience and tactical know how... a team of them working together would be quite fun though and have considered this option myself. Imagine the mine fields, stacked fullautos and flame throwers!
Odd question related to the above.
Say I let loose Full Auto (or any other AoE/Cone weapon) on an enemy, and there's a stalker or other Hidden enemy/mob that I can't see in the target area.
Do I still have a shot at hitting them, and would they magically appear if I did?

Timebomb is very difficult to use effectively, it goes off a fixed time after you drop it. You need a lot of luck and a lot of skill (in knowing what the mobs are likely to do) to actually catch anything in its blast...unless you want to walk up to a group of mobs and drop it at their feet (!)
Hasten is still useful but can't be run perma any more. Now that we have slots free for things other than damage, most people use a couple of recharge enhancements in attacks. I have hasten and still activate it sometimes. Doesn't seem to achieve a lot these days though even with just one recharge in each attack.
Beanbag I would have taken a lot earlier, it's invaluable for stunning those difficult mobs that insist on fighting back. I wouldn't be without it on my ar/dev blaster.
Acrobatics, hmm, dunno really. I had it, it did little useful that I could see, others swear by it though. Can't comment on something I haven't used for ages.
Bit of a toss up between acrobatics and beanbag I'd say. Personally I'd go for beanbag but if you keep getting hit a lot and stunned it may be worth considering acrobatics.

I have a AR/FM and I'm having a great fun with it in PvP, I can 2 or 3 shoot domis, MMs, corrs and sometimes stalkers. People need to try without devvices... AR doesnt need to be with Dev...
