He means, is it the fire primary powerset or the secondary powerset you want help with, or is it both? For instance, I'm Invulnerability/Mace (Inv primary and mace weapon secondary) so are you Fire/Fire, Fire/other or other/Fire?

Wasn't back when someone sent me a tell, asking if I was a Dreck engine. Puzzled by the term, I sent a tell back, asking what a Dreck engine was. "Fire/Fire Tanker" was the answer, in a more mutilated way, of course . "Sadly," I had to tell him "no" (I'm a nut about Dreck... *cough* no, really!)

fire/ice has always definately been the dreck engine

Fire/Ice was definately the Dreck engine - i can testify to that

Well, from what I understand...
Fire/Fire = V High damage (burn/blazing aura, */fire is very powerful, as fire does extra damage instead of an effect, eg disorient> energy)

Inv/* is apparently one of the best damage resistances...;

Stone armour is supposedly fantastic after lvl 32, as you may get Granite armour, but that slows and reduces damage.

*/ice isnt very high damage, but provides a lot of helpful tanker moves, such as holds, slows, and ice patch ofcourse.

*/SS is quite good in my opinion, but can get quite boring, well, so says my lvl 50 inv/ss friend, anyway.

*/BA is good on single targets>AVs etc.

Ice/* is different from most sets, as it relies on defence, not damage resistance. I wouldn't say it was particularly bad (well, I wouldn't dare, not with Spad watching this thread anyway )

But to be honest, you shouldn't really pay much attention to me, as I don't really know what I'm talking about, just information from friends etc.

Hope it helps

Edit: and...omg...i spent all that time typing about the wrong thing! oh well...hope it helps other people
