Thats what I said slotted SS and swift would be useful vs some slows that have -jump, more so then hurdle, not much of a difference between the speeds. Only mention of CJ was that I dont think youll be able to kite an Ice blaster with CJ (vs impale), esp. as you have no slow res, but I may well be wrong.
As you say you got the highest kill count so must be doing something right .

I am actually very glad that they changed this.
And the highest kills thing, that was on my current build, think Spine burst but no Whirlwind, Fighting but no Leadership, and MoG but no Quills.

The 49 power is the most up for debate power, I was thinking about Combat Jumping but what could I do with that I couldn't do with Teleport Foe?
Oh, and forget the thing about Warburg and 50 PvP, this is all about 50 PvP now.
PS I was really struggling putting slots places so I thought one less thing for Imag an NB to whine at me about and put 'em in Build up.

I have a spines/regen at lvl43 now Fun to play, and by far the best PvE scrapper IMO.
Your build is actually pretty close to the build Im thinking about but...
I would drop energy Torrent which would make room for combat jump, and give the slots for that and hurdle. 2-3 in Cj - 3 in hurdle.
Get SJ instead of TP-foe. Put a run more and a end red in SS.

Best at both PvE and PvP to be honest.
No use slotting SS more either because 1 slotted SS + 1 slotted Sprint as far as I know is movement speed cap, and I have 3 slots in Sprint.
If anything, I think I'd drop TP Foe for Combat Jumping, I'd prefer Combat jumping anyway to be honest, I feel it's less 'cheap'. I'd give it two jump enhancers but no more, no chance I'd drop Energy Torrent though, it's too useful, my Ranged attack chain is very important to me.

What's a CenriExp?
I wouldn't slot Superspeed so much, as it is only 1 slot for speed and 1 slotted Sprint for speed is movement cap, you have swift too. I guess you want it for slow protection but I'd rather slot Swift for that so atleast you're getting your slow protection, but also getting unsupressed move.
Wouldn't bother with 2 accs in attacks either to be honest, I hardley ever miss as it is and I don't even run Tactics.
What's the reason for slotting LBE range? Base it's got the same range as Impale.
I think you'll find no use for Superjump in Pentads which I'm assuming this build is for, but I think it's one o' those things you've gotta see for yourself.
