Im starting this char because I have a problem on lvling my blaster, and I'v seen some of the Spine/DA scrappers, and they can really do some serrius damage. So if anyone that have a good build, or have a sugusteon on how to make one, that would be awesome =)

I've a level 12 one. But I'm not good with him at all.
His nickname is the Glass Landmine. Battles generally go: Build Up, Leap in. AOE burst. Badly maim all. Get creamed.
AOE attracts so much hate that its quite difficult to survive. Also you're an END monster and if your toggles drop nasty things happen.
He looks pretty cool though 
Powers you need:
Acrobatics/Hover, Death Shroud, Spine Burst, Quills, All Ressistances, Self Heal, Build Up, Tough, Stamina.
Powers you may want:
Cloak of Fear, Cloak of Darkness.

Slot all resist toggles Three Resist/Two End.
Get Three Recharges/One Accuracy in your self heal.
Don't know about the rest, don't play Spines or use Death Shroud

Add Throw Spines, Throw Spines is the best thing ever, besides Impale. Actually, I love them both like twins.

Wouldn't the DoT from Death Shroud/Quills make the feared enemies still attack though? When I was thinking about this build, I thought of using Oppressive Gloom instead, hoping that the Slow part of Spine Burst and other spine attacks would stop them wandering out of the field, or coupling it with Dark Mastery's Teneberous Tentacles.
as i'v understad the AoE dmg on this build is incredible, so thats what im going for. Slaying big mobs easily. But how to slott the toggle powers with AoE damage, thats my problem.
Quills and Death Shroud? I'd say 1 acc, 3 damage, the last two either end reductions or 1 end red 1 accuracy.

Thats why its a may 
I'd use it as a big acc debuff rather than a PBAoE Fear.

hiya just wanted to add how much fun this build is... mine is curently level 40 and im having alot of fun with it at the mo =) ur right it does seem over powered, as it the build can litrally wipe big mob after big mob, it can be difficult at the early levels, but really shines 35+, Good luck and have fun! =)
for quills go:-
1 acc 2 end 3 damage ( u can get rid of 1 end for slow)
for death shroud go :-
1 acc 2 end 3 damage ( u need the 2 end as its a massive end hog =)
Spine burst is :-
2 acc 1 end 3 dam ( u can slot for 2 end instead of acc)
Cloak of fear is :-
1 acc 3 fear 2 end ( and death shroud does nto affect CoF)
theres ur main AoE moves
and chives is spot on with throw spines (awesome)
my tactic is build up, Throw spines, run into group, spine burst, (most of them dead) then wait a sec for quills and death shroud to finish the job works a treat
¿IS Quills damage much better than Death Shroud?
I am playing a Spine/DA Scrapper and never thought of the AoE potential, although i l ike Buils Up + Spine burst, Death Shroud was so END expensive i quit it at 21 with the free respec.

I wouldnt put resharges in dark regen. It recharges pretty fast anyway, and with the amount of end it uses you wouldnt be able to use is that often. I know I cant use it more than once (or twice if it is a very long fight) and then I need dark recovery.
does any1 have a good sugestion on a good AoE spine/DA scrapper build? Iv heard that the AoE attacks on it is incredible =)
