Stalker Binds
/macro "now you dont see me, now you do"
im kinda new to these macros/binds, so this may seem stupid
I am the Blaster, I have filled the role of Tank, Controller and Defender
Sometimes all at once.

Mine's set to placate and is the opposite it's:-
"now you see me,now you don't" usually follwed by AS and the targets swift death
Mine's quite simple:
"*Pokes*"

I haven't bound it yet, but given the Placate anim, I'm considering "This is not the Stalker you are looking for..."
Well, since Assault ZR-Beta (follows the same naming scheme as MZ's Robotics henchmen) is a robot I have the following...
/macro Assn "say Assassination Target: $target Confirmed"
And for Placate (when I get it...)
/macro Plac "say Assassination Target: $target Supressed"
I have them on macros so I can choose to use them or not (handy for PvP when you don't want to alert a target when you're in the buildup to Assassin Strike).
[ QUOTE ]
I think given that sneaking up to someone and telling them you are about to kill them doesn't really fit.
[/ QUOTE ]
I think it fits fine to tell them that that their last time has come. My "hide" is a superpower so the target will just stand confused when he hears my voice from nowhere and then...slash!
It wouldn;t fit with my stalker perse but how about:
Placate - "You ain't seen me, right?"
or
"Farewell, lover" (Placate or AS would work with this)
Actually, now I come to think of it, that last one WOULD fit with my stalker! - okay - how d'you do binds again??
Format for Bind:
/bind key "command"
/bind k "local Farewell, lover"
/bind SHIFT+k "local Farewell, lover"
/bind k "powexec_name Assassination Strike$$local Farewell, lover"
Note, do NOT do this:
/bind k "powexec_name Assassination Strike $$ local Farewell, lover"
While it works in some situations, in my experience, adding the spaces just leads to half-working binds,or binds which don't work at all.
If you'd prefer to use a macro, which you'd activate like a power (and you could use to replace your basic AS power)
Format for Macro:
/macro macro_name "power call"
/macro Assn "powexec_name Assassination Strike$$local Farewell, lover"
Please note, 'local' as used above denotes the channel you speak in. It may be replaced by 'team' or 'say' or whatever else takes your fancy. Also, wherever Assassination Strike is used above, it may be replaced with the appropriate Assassination power for your secondary.
For any more information, there is in-game help for these commands, and many online sites go into some depth on the subject.
Ive did alot of binds for my blaster so i thought id have a go at one for AS.
I think it was /bind 4 powexec_name "assasin's blade"$$say "Prepare to die $target!"
It seemed to stop the power working sometimes and also it was annoying cos i often tap the button a few times once im near the enemy.
During beta I had this bind
"powexec_name Assassins Blade$$tell $target, Ever had your stomach around your ears? no? well this will be a first for you"
Placating
- Error 404, Stalker not found...
AS
Think alternating random comments will keep you amused for about a minute. Eg:
- "Hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeee's Johnny!"
- "BANZAIIIIII!"

Your syntax is slightly off, that's all. It should be:
/bind 4 "powexec_name Assasins Blade$$say Prepare to die $target!"
That'll do it.
Some suggestions for Stalker binds:
For during/immediately after a successful Assassin Strike
"Surprised $target?" - I used this on Miss Liberty after impaling her on my Sword on a Mercy Rooftop during Beta.
/em That will be your last breath, $target - The /em will make it an internal monologue rather than speech. Rather fitting I think given that sneaking up to someone and telling them you are about to kill them doesn't really fit.
Any other ideas?
