Seriously though the best ones about are the changing form/tray swapping ones. They're all over the shop although they obvious only aply to a form-based build.
Having said that I do have Q spotted bound to my mouse. Er...
/bind button4 say Quantum Array weapon/Void Hunter spotted!
And I use the same button on my MM to send my pets in to attack.
This is how i set up my WS:
I have my Human Form powers in tray 1(those things only useful when in human like blasts and Stygian Circle)and 4(hasten, rest, recall friend and accolades)this one always visible, tray 2 for Nova powers and tray 3 for Dwarf powers.

For the "Quantum spotted!" thing make a bind on any key with:
/bind key $target spotted !!
Personaly I'd rather have a bind saying "Qauntum spotted" that "<target> spotted". Ideally you should be spottting these things before leaping in but sometimes it just doesn't work that way. When you see that familiar flash of colour, or worse get your legs shot off by a Qauntum Array weapon, do you really want to be cycling your target looking for the threat or do you want to be telling everyone else there's a fox in the hen house?

Quick note on the difference between Macros and Binds. Macros create a "Power Button" if you will, that you can press and have the Macro execute. Binds allow you to execute the actions that you have assigned to the corresponding Key in the bind. For example, pressing the "R" key on the keyboard will take you of out Nova and Dwarf, return your Power tray to tray 1 and activate you Flight Power.
