On another note - I am sadly going to have to bow out of keeping this list. I am emigrating to the USA in the next couple of weeks and just can't see how I will have the time to maintain it. 
I would hate to see all the information that Aerie, then I, compiled go to waste. So, if somebody would care to take over, please send me a message and I can send the files etc. to you.

A little slow off the mark here but I feel 'Angry Midget' fire/fire blaster should be added, with him, er, me, hitting 50 whenever it was. There should be a 'got trailblazer' list, i'd be top, cos i'm great.
