Hi, I dont think I've given you my name yet, despite dinging a few weeks ago.

Hi All,

Just an update for you, if you look back a page or so, you will see Justice Father asking for someone to take over the list, this was because he was moving out of the UK(has gone now), while he still may post from time to time, as far as I know he no longer has any time to update this list, and is still looking for someone to take it over.

Hi all, as I've not been able to update in nearly 2 months - I am going to have to draw a line and ask people to stop posting to this thread.

I have done one last update with all the info posted so far.

If anybody wants to take my list and keep updating it, the file with all the information in is This Excel Spreadsheet. I won't be on the boards much either so if anyone does want to do it, just take this file and feel free to use the information in it anyway you want.

Thanks to everyone who posted information in the past.

Oh, and just to reiterate for anybody :

I WILL NO LONGER BE UPDATING THIS LIST.
PLEASE DO NOT POST INFORMATION TO THIS THREAD.
