Buying enhancements from contacts is a sure route to the poorhouse. Try Ghost Falcon near the Ferry in PI (you'll have to do one mission for him first), or even the Midnighter Store in the Midnighters Club. Possibly also the Quartermaster in the Vanguard base.
For the second one, for some reason the help channel changed from /h to /hc. You have to type /hc to enter things into the help channel. It wasn't updated in the tab itself.

For #2 I'm betting you're using /h or /help to talk. The command was changed to /hc with i14 or 15. I can't remember which.

I have had the "See the AE guy" answer on the contacts on PI if I have not been introduced to them yet. Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended.
Anyway if ypou need 45's just go see Ghost Falcon by the PI ferry and do his real quick mission and get access to lvl 40 and 45 and 50 SO's. Or you could go to see the guy in the RWZ HQ, just by Lady Grey. Have fun

Also I will point out that you can usually, with patience, get crafted level 40 generic IO's (slightly better than a +3 SO) for 55 thousand each. Sometimes much less- I've seen them going for 5 or 10K. Just leave the bids up for a week.

The best buy and sell for SOs for all origins at level 35+ are the stores in the co-op zones: Midnighter; Cimerora; and RWZ. Everywhere else the stores gouge you in some way.

2.) Every time I try and chat in the help channel it errors out. I'm at work, or I'd post the error message, but has anyone else had that? Any fixes out there?
