I'd like to mention that a day or three of inactivity MAY or MAY NOT break the pact. I had one account lapse, and it was a couple days before I could reactivate and my pacts were still there. I'm not sure where the line is, but I'm not willing to test it out hehe.
30 days since I let my second account expire and so far all of my lvl pacts are still going strong.
Another question, according to that link Infamy is NOT split yet I would of sworn it was?
I heard that inf is only split with a level 50 pact.

It doesn't say that anymore. I changed it. 
Originally, the news from the devs was that only XP was split, but sometime before it want Live, it was changed so that Inf was indeed split.
I'm not too sure about Prestige, though.

Well, i am pacted with one of my son's characters and he has 11mil infamy now, even though his character isn't played except once every 5 levels to run a mayhem. So, it's gotta be coming from somewhere.
Edited to add that he isn't showing shared prestige. He's got something like 2000 while i have 1/2 a million.

Not split. My friend and I have run two characters from 1-50 pacted, and our prestige donations to each SG/VG are totally different.

Prestige is not awarded to offline characters.

If I enter into a leveling pact with a friend and his account expires does it automatically break the pact or would his character despite his account being expired still get experience?
