/WP Question on Regen...
Is there a reason you're going for an over-the-top regen build? We had this discussion in another thread. I managed to make a build with a totally outlandish amount of regen, but it required a lot of cuts in other places and overall wouldn't've been as good as a build mixing HP, regen, and DEF. There's a point where that next regen bonus isn't as useful as some other type of bonus.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

Mostly just to see, I've worked out a way to squeeze almost 5 of every regen/hp IO boost onto a Brute/Tank, and I just wanted to see how that would come out.
without gimping myself, my WP/Mace tank sits at capped HP and 796% regen from a single foe in RttC

The interesting thing to mention is that, after a certain point (I'm too lazy to math it atm), it's less efficient to add more regen than it is to add more +hp. Where IO sets and */wp is concerned, +hp is almost always going to be better simply because you've already got a large amount of +regen to operate off of and a comparatively smaller amount of +hp.
My general rule (until I does the math specifically) is that after about 400-500% +regen, I stick to +hp.
I got em both in the build, It'll have all the regen and +hp it can take, lol.
I haven't IO'd my WP scrapper yet, but my regen scrapper is sitting at 1812 HP (without DP, it's capped when it's active) and around 686% regen with just Integration running (he gets very close to the regen cap with IH up)
It's not the greatest numbers ever, but it's respectable, especially seeing as the build cost me just over 200 mil to put together.
I can probably squeeze out a little more max HP, but I'd lose some effectiveness to do it.
He's also sitting at between 14 and 20% defense to everything but Psi.

My 50 MA/SR Scrapper Regens 23 HP/sec. After I get that Heal proc it'll effectively be more than that even. Not too shabby for SR lol.

however, your math is wrong, my 796% regen is actually about 3.3% of my max hp every second, IE: approximately 108 HP/Sec

I've played around in Mids a few times and managed to make some builds with over 150hp/sec with 10 enemies using Willpower Tanks (usually /Ice or /Dark), but unsure what results could be obtained with Scrappers and Brutes. Here's a build if you'd like to check it;

If you don't have Mids or can't be bothered to copy/paste, the regen's at 815% with one enemy, or 109.3hp/sec. Hitpoints are capped thanks to Accolades and I've just about squeezed every bonus possible through IOs into it, no purples. With 10 enemies nearby, regen's at 1271%, or 170.4hp/sec, it is a Willpower/Dark Tanker and, imo, wouldn't be gimped to play.

I am currently at 751% regen with one foe in range and a maximum of 1093% regen with 8 foes in range.
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.
If numbers are so much more important than a teammate who is fun to play with, forget about the game altogether and go play with a calculator instead. -Claws and Effect-
On my Shield Tanker, I managed to get 44 hps. I'm sure a Willpower Brute with the same amount of IOing could get up to about 80-90 hps for one guy in RttC fairly easily.
TW/Elec Optimization
I'm working on a heavy regen WP build, like unnecessarily over min/maxed kinda regen build, lol. But I wanted to get some basis for comparison so My question is, What is your Level, +regen numbers? (% and HP per sec) I just wanna see what kind of numbers are typical for various levels.
