i second this hope. I am seeing either a passing of the hand over the arrow with a colorable amgic sigil appearing in the air between the and and arrow or a japanese styled sutra paper being slapped on the arrow, or ideally both options existing.

Easily my favorite blaster of all time has been my Archery/NRG. And I always hated that I could not have a Arrow like secondary (no Defenders for me), so this news was AWESOME to me. I mean, I will be making them go Blue Side as soon as GR comes out, but I will have too much fun with this combo! I pretty much already have one lined up. Ok, I actually have 3 or 4 lined up in my melon!

I don't know a whole lot about scourge, but any ideas if OSA will scourge?

With the damage it already deals, the other effects built into it and its existence in a powerset with -Res debuffs and a significant amount of control, any kind of damage buff, including Scourge, is highly unlikely.
