try /stuck, if it doesn't work contact the ingame support.
How do I contact in game support, because that didnt work.
On your menu, scroll down to support, and file a petition.
You will want to put a title on it that describes your trouble, so your command that you type in the chat window could be:
/petition Cant Move in Game--Stuck
Whenever I have used /petition without also supplying a title, I got an error. I finally did figure it out, but use a title with the /petition command.
When the screen comes up, you can describe your problem in more detail.

And once the window-box comes up, make sure to choose the radio-button for "Stuck"

can you get someone to tp out?
also, in most places, if you're trapped under the map and can get to one of the spots that you'll just fall into the void that is under the zone it'll place you either in a hosp or where the base portal would put you if you just fall.
When I logged in today my character was stuck in the map. If someone could teleport me to them or something that would be helpful. my characters name is DeviI King and he's on the virtue server. I am stuck near the science store in Cap Au Diable.
Right now i am logged in and waiting.
