So yeah. Put together a portfolio and submit it to the comic companies. It's professional level. Maybe not tip-top professional, but that will come with time, experience, and more projects. It's still professional level, regardless.

thank you very much for the vote of confidence! I think I still got a way's to go though, I've only been at this coloring thing a few months so I can spare some time to make sure that when I put my folio together it will be jaw dropping!

also fixed some of the snafu's from the critiques I agreed with on this Piece.

*Lizards back no gap
*Some darker shadows on the ground under Lizard head.

The shadows look tighter and the lizard is covered.
Looks good ES.

Yeah don't worry bout the lips it could just be her lipstick... I hear the fall colors
this year are the perenial favorites, -Ruby"Blood of my Enemies"Red- and
-Dusty"Dino-slaying"Peach- and new this season... Bone!
(yeah I know it's late and I'm sleep deprived... the jokes only go downhill from here )

I did notice one other small coloring detail (it's small though most people probably
wouldn't notice it) if you want me to nitpick.

>_> You know I was mostly teasing about that, right? Though, it gave me a smile.

It looks like you really had a lot of fun with this one, Ed-man. The little added details here and there through shading are pretty awesome (especially on the belt), and the light off the claws is a very nice touch. The only thing I can see immediately is that I think the claw-shadows on the leg are a bit off - given the approximate angle of the lighting in the picture (High back left [my left, not Logan's]), I think the shadows would be a bit closer together and somewhat distorted given the angle that they're sitting at (in a straight line), and maybe a bit lower on the leg. But, I can't tell for sure (I suck with that sort of thing myself). And maybe a little thinner up on the hand (though not by much - again, I'm approximating).

Other then that, things look pretty spot on, except maybe one or two particulates near the top needing a little bit of light shading (unless they're catching reflections off the claws, anyway). I do like some of the little added touches, though. :3

Another very ace job, sir.

haha thanks yeah I knew your were just foolin' Just thought it would be funny to add

I agree 100% on the shadow on the leg, it was a pain in my side, SO I got Fed up and posted it hoping someone would 'Shed some light' on why it looks silly

Thanks for taking the time to list some thoughts on the picture! it will help me fix it!

Well, I don't even play a professional critic on TV but jere's a couple random thoughts

1st piece: Very nice. I specially like how the wings were done, with the flesh tones slowly giving over to the more colorful wings. Too often the wings just look stuck on but the slow change makes them look more a part of her - organic.

Raven - Love it. Greet dark feel to the piece. The red and gold (brooch? necklace? button?) beneath the chin... Well, there's nothing wrong with the coloring of it and it may not throw me a bit if I was more familiar with the character and knew exactly what it was... But I only slightly know the character and don't so that seems a bit off to me. But like I said, it's not a coloring issue so much as probably my unfamiliarity...

Iron Man - Not my favorite piece but that is more a personal taste than any commentary on the coloring. I enjoy the more realistic pieces generally, not a huge fan of the overly cartoony art... Still, I think the colors perfectly fit the genre so good work

Last piece - I love this piece. This looks like it could be a frame right out of a comic book. The colors add a nice sense of menace and excitement... Nice.
