What I don't see is a single thread, headed by "Connection Issues" where you post the results of a PingPlotter Trace, the most recent e-mail you got from Customer Support, and the most recent PM you've gotten from Avatea/Ocho/or any other mod.
In short: you make a lot of posts, but I don't see you putting any work into resolving this problem.
And I say this not as some manner of an apparently perceived forum cartel, but as someone who has also had painful connection issues that prevented me from playing the game. But I worked it out, instead of just griping about it. Seriously, some of the problems I have had playing this game just curl my toes--but I got through it by working with the Paragon Studios/NCSoft staff and other players.
So, what's it going to be?

The thing is i'm not sure whether this is an elaborate act just for the purpose of baiting other people, or if he really is unable to form an accurate understanding of how things work. It could be that he started off expecting to be lionized for his brilliance and when that failed decided he'd at least make sure he was remembered. (Rather be hated than ignored.) Still, his posting history clearly shows that he enjoys playing dumb and antagonizing others even if it's not clear how much is deliberate and how much is genuine incompetence, and in the end it doesn't really matter anyway. i think The Bard put it best: "A tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing." So even if he, like many others in the past, doesn't actually follow through on taking his toys and going home i'm still done reading his posts.

Everyone try this:
Go to "User CP"
On the left side of the screen, find where it says "Edit Ignore List"
Once you've found that, got to the part where it says "Add user to ignore list" and type in "Residentx10" (it even autocompletes it for you, like it already knows 
)
And suddenly, you won't have to listen to his nonsense anymore. I see his posts as being the written equivalent of jumping up and down yelling "Look at me! Look at me!", now I don't have to see it anymore, and you can do the same 
Like any other attention seeker, once he stops getting our attention he'll go away and find other people to annoy.
