Erm, keep the account with the characters you still play and/or enjoy more.
I'd stick with the account with the mind/psi on it. Then I'd take it as an excuse to level up a new /nrg character.
The one with the more Vet time/rewards. Levels can be gained easily.
What skydance said. Hopefully that's the one with the most infamy on it too.
Keep the one with the most Vet time. For the one that is going to shut down, spend some time and transfer all funds from the alts on it to the ones on your main account, then burn as many respec's as you can to salvage their IO's and put them in storage for the alts on the account you intend to keep.
you could also alternate which one you pay for each month. inactive accounts don't get penalized, and your characters even continue to receive day-job credit ( <--had account inactive for years while in college and came back to about 4 respec and 30-40 costume tokens on every char).
personal opinion, mind is my favorite thing to play in the game (on my 'troller, haven't tried it on a dom).
I got 2 COV accounts and sadly i'm forced to give up one. The hard part is to chose which one to keep cause i got a Mind/Ice and a Mind/Psy on the first account and i got a Ice/Enrg and a Fire/Thorn in the second one. All the Doms are Lvl 50 btw.
Which one i should keep? HELP!!!!!!
