Not too bad. Here's a few things I noticed.

1. Consider taking your personal attacks. At low levels Bots/FF is known for it's slow damage. Adding a couple of attacks in there will speed things up.

2. Consider getting more Def in the bubbles earlier. You want at least 2 Def in them by level 22, and that probably means 3 slotted. This goes for Dispersion Bubble too. Slot this up right away.

3. Stamina is not needed for Bots/FF. Handy, yes, but you can survive without it, and it's a whole three power picks and a whole pool. There's a LOT of cheap +Recovery available in Def (Bubbles), Health (the Medicine Pool, which you have) and Pets. You can get the +Recovery in the IOsets and skip Stamina. On the down side it's kinda tough until you get at least +10% or so.

4. Take Aid Other earlier -- it's really handy when you still have only one Prot Bot.

5. Personal Force Field is not really needed. Delay this as long as you like. 49 or never is ok. Do NOT slot this. There's no point. Maybe one Recharge, or two IOs for the bonus. No more.

6. Tactics is nice around level 18 or earlier, where your pets start to summon at two levels below yours. Move this up if you can.

7. There's no Def in Hover worth buffing. Go for two Fly speed instead, they're nice. The -KB is ok.

8. Group fly is a huge accuracy debuf. Run this and teams will kick you. Just saying. Also, Assault is not really worth it for Bots, imo

9. The Wide Area Web Grenade IS worth it. Get it. Power Boost and Scorpion Shield are good choices too.

Just my two cents, if my bots/poison survived without stamina, I am sure that /FF can, too. Following that, I would take repulsion bomb if you care to. It's AoE knockdown AND stun which stacks with the protobots' stuns.

HelinCarnate:OMG it is so terrible. I have the option to take 3 more powers but no additional slots. Boo F'ing hoo.

I'd move the slots from Swift to something else as you don't get much bang for your buck with enhancements there; if you want to keep the slots as the same enhancement type, you'd get more mileage moving the runspeed to sprint and the flyspeed to Fly (or Hover, if you prefer).

I'd swap the interrupt enhancer in Aid Self for a heal as you'll have a fair bit of personal defense which combined with pets taking the aggro means you'll find you can pop off the Aid powers quite easily without worrying about interrupt.

I'd agree with the suggestion of maybe taking an attack or two: I took personal attacks on my own Bots/FF (actually, I took all of them + repulsion bomb, but that may be excessive) just to give me a few more things to do in a fight than chain Force Bolt over and over. FF's not the most active of secondaries, on an AT that can already pretty much play itself.

Health is maybes a bit overslotted - I'm not sure it's worth the expense of slotting those uniques in it for a Bots/FF MM, especially one with Aid Self, though I guess that depends on how much cash you're rolling in.

There's a few other things I did differently - e.g. took the web envelope to help keep stuff in the burn patches (though not guarantee - bots have plenty kb and web doesn't -kb) and web cocoon to disable those rare enemies I actually have to worry about - but mostly they were personal playstyle preferences.

All that said, you've got the key powers (pets, upgrades, 3 main bubbles) and you've taken them suitably early on; so whatever you do in terms of tweaks or changes, you'll be steamrolling the PvE content so long as you keep those key powers intact.

EDIT: I just noticed that you slotted your PFF like crazy. I'd leave it at one slot and take it much later. That gives you 4 extra slots for web envelope, should you be willing to re-arrange your slot and power order and sneak it in.

I think the build looks serviceable overall. I would change a few things, but not a lot. BTW, I think you did the right thing by skipping the personal attacks, but you could go either way.

Normally I would max acc and damage on all pets, but I can understand why you want regen, since you are shooting for maxed defenses. So, I'll operate under the assumption that you want to keep every regen and defense bonus that you can.

I think if you are going to take 2 slots in Force Bolt and still keep your regen bonus, you should take the acc/dam/end/rech IO from Devastation, instead of Dam/End. More accuracy is good for that power, even with its good starting accuracy.

I dont personally think Equip Robot and Upgrade Robot really need 2 endurance reducers. Of course, if you have them to spare, fair enough. You probably have enough slots.

I would not slot Swift. Slots are too valuable. I would consider instead moving the 2 slots to hover and throwing 2 fly IOs in Hover so you can hover around at a decent rate in missions.

For the protector bots, I know you are going for every bit of defense you can, and every bit of regen you can, but it might be worth it to go for 2 level 50 IO defense here. More defense for your robots is a good thing too, with all that other defense you are rocking. If you can give up the 12% regen and the 0.94% AOE defense, consider Blood Mandate a/d, Blood Mandate a/d/e, Sovereign Right a/d, sovereign right a/d/e, and 2 defense IOs. HOWEVER, there is nothing wrong with your slotting really. Just something to consider.

Hover: again, I'd pull 2 from Swift and put them here for flight speed.

Fly: I think having another Fly IO in here would save your sanity. Consider pulling one of your slots from Equip Robot and Upgrade Robot.

Aid Self: I think having another heal IO in here would be nice. Consider pulling the other of your slots from Equip Robot or Upgrade Robot to here.

I would say you need another endurance slot in Assault if you plan to run it, but you kinda have to keep all your slots like you've got them if you intend to retain your regen bonuses. I would recommend moving the end reduction slot from Force Bubble. However, I'm almost thinking you intend to run Force Bubble all the time? If not, consider moving that slot from Force Bubble to Assault since you'll definitely run Assault all the time.

The only "almost" glaring omission I see is that you didn't take Web Envelope from your patron. That is a truly great power, and it keeps your foes from running out of your robot's Burn Patch. If you werent being a slave to regen bonuses, I'd say drop the Group Fly, steal a slot from Force Bolt, take Web Envelope, and get at least 3 slots on it.

But, I can understand you are doing more the defense/regen/turtle up/let the bad guys die type thing.

Just to clarify, he can have it both ways. Take the personal attacks at low levels. Then around level 24, once you have SOs and the second Prot Bot, use your second build and spec out of the attacks.

I did that the second time I leveled my Bots/FF and it worked out really well. I skipped my travel powers, got the temp travel ones, and then at 24 swapped the two personal attacks out and got my travel powers. Sweet.

BTW, if you do skip Stamina, you do NEED the two EndRedux in Equip Robot and Upgrade Robot.

I find the damage enough on robots by level 12, which comes quickly, so to me it isnt worth the respec, even having a bunch of free ones from vet and the recent reward. But it's all good, there isnt really a wrong answer on that, it is just preference.
