Although it is never gonna happen, it would be very, very interesting to see datamining concerning how often the Reischmann TF is actually being run. Right now, I'm thinking "Comparatively not much, probably."
All the time I get this:
"Hey wanna run ITF?"
"STF forming, want in?
"Lady Grey forming, want in?" [and dammit, this ALWAYS happens when I have NO time to devote to a TF.... oh well, one day....]
"You in for KHTF?"
"How 'bout a SpeedEden?"
I go to Cimerora: most of the time there is a team idled near the ITF contact, waiting for someone to zone in. Or its "ITF want in...?" there too. ITF every day, all the time.
Teams spotted at the Reischmann contact in FF 3+ days after i15 hits: 0. All night, every night. On both servers I frequent heavily, no one is trying to form this TF. No one /tells me asking if I want in. I am uncertain I have ever actually even seen the badge on anyone's badge-sheet when I'm looking over their info! I am 100% serious when I say that I do not ever think I have actually seen it on someone else's badge sheet.
I know that this TF has been run successfully by a few, that isn't my point. But what the anecdotal evidence looks like from over here is that interest in this brand-spankin'-new TF is minimal at best, due to its bad reputation. This seems like an extremely serious design-flaw as well as a waste of developmental time to me, but what do I know.
I do know that until this TF/SF's multiple issues have been addressed somehow, I have no interest in running it. It would be interesting to know how many others feel similarly. We won't ever know, but it would be interesting. It seems like you better bring eight Rad/rads or expect the consequences.
Natural Resistance + Honoree Unstoppable:
RES(Smashing, Lethal) 50% +70% =120%
RES(Energy) 40% + 70% = 110%
RES(Fire, Cold) 30% + 70% = 100%
RES(Negative, Toxic) 20% + 70% = 90%
RES(Psionic) 50% + 0% = 50%
RES(All except Psi) 7.00000 Melee_Res_Dmg%
Unstoppable lasts for 200s, recharges 245s.

This is all off-topic, but the TF, or the SF?
Because I see people forming the TF pretty frequently on the global channels I monitor and it's been called "the new Katie" at least once due to the ability to speedrun it.
The SF isn't run nearly as often, but I still see those forming as well.

I stand corrected. No wonder I see times the times that I do. Issue 7 taught me to take debuffs into every AV fight. Those early Super Arachnoids opened my eyes to the value of -regen.

If you don't have enough debuffage to drop on him, yeah, you have to use an HVAS or something that'll help nerf his regeneration while he's godmoding. Generally in the teams I've been on he goes down like a wet paper sack though. Hammer him to the ground while he's blathering on about needing to be stopped instead of giving him time to pop off his pre-ED tier 9 (he wasn't in the dimension when Statesman nerfed the power! HAX!).
Honoree can be obnoxious enough to just make you say "screw it" and Shivan him down.
The Reichsman...now there's an AV who is broken.

Oddly enough I've never failed a LGTF, even with the tons of PuGs I've done it with. Were there a lot of Lethal/Smashing damage users on your team? That's your problem. Honoree will hit 100% resistance to those damage types (if it hasn't been fixed of course).
One of the more fun fights for me in that TF the Dra'Gon aside.

The TF, because I am blueside 70% of the time these days. 
I have no doubt that there are players here and there farming Reischmann. I think that is quite a bit rarer than ITF farms, however, because I'm not seeing the completion badge on people's badge sheets; and I am seeing [for instance] the completion badges/costume pieces for the ITF literally everywhere I look. The ITF has of course been with us longer, but still.
All I know is that 100% Lethal resistance [or whatever] means my Scrappers will be seeking their fun elsewhere.
Wont be doing the new tf till they up the merit values. Its just not worth 20 merits for all that work when I can take the same amount of time on an AE arc and get a recipe.

All that work? My first time on a team of first timers (well 6 out of 8) completed it in 45 mins.
I can see this being done in 20-30 mins easily.

All 4 of the blueside ReichsTFs I've run have taken roughly 45 minutes on heroic and about 1:15 on unyielding when we kill everything we see. I can't imagine how any group could take that long without having too few people.

In all of the LGTFs that i've been on, hes been the one that usually causes a team wipe [and then again hes also one of the more fun AV fights]. Honoree is indeed a pushover when you have any sort of debuff on him.
