same all last night..not one
another night another 30 rep no drops. 3 hours of back and forth zone action roughly 5 on 5 most of the night.no one said they got a drop in broadcast.
New toon, mostly solo 40-120 rep, no drop in roughly 2 - 2 and a half hours

I heard it breaks down like this:
-There is a bonus chance of getting drops if you only do fiteclub.
-Even higher chance if you only use brawl+sprint while you fight.
-Even higher chance if you rp while fighting.
-Reduced chance if you are actively using travel powers, inspirations, or working with your team
-Reduced chance if you have said anything in the last 10 min a chat channel that is "offensive"
That is what a Dev PM'd me anyway, but I'm not allowed to say which one. 
But he said once people start figuring it out they will adapt and pvp the way the devs intend for it to be.
I've had 3 drops since they "fixed" it. All 3 fury of the glad.

-i do not do FC i grief it
-i use sprint because my stealth IO is in it but i don't use brawl
-does abusing battle cry "I Tr0W RaW F1Sh3Z!!!111" count as RP?
-i have SS, i pop reds and i team with friends...
-i make fun of scraps and tanks..is it offensive?

How many drops have you gotten playing in this Dev unapproved manner? The answer is your percentage chance.
Not one here since the new system and im in there everyday for a few hrs i get my kills to.
Also side note. Went to BloodyBay, took 5 vils there and 1 hero. kill, relog new vill, did this for over an hour. each villain used 13 wakes and not one drop for the hero. so who knows what the new drop rate is?

I got another one last night the first kill. But note that this didnt happen untill i moved to freedom and got 2 in with about only 2-3 hours in RV.
Smaller servers are still suffering it seems. If only somebody had predicted this.

still no drop by me or my team of 4 who play together nightly. did hear a villain claim one after he killed one of us. i guess yay! for him
Just so you all know... as long as they didnt change the drop rate before they purposely broke ppv drop when i15 went live, the drop rate SOLO was averaging 1 in every 100 kills. On an 8 man team that would sorta equal 1 in 800 kills (but if you get a drop it takes you outta the pool of who the drop would randomly go to so just to keep it simple ill say that...).
Now factor in typing that to rep only kills. Solo that means you should still average about 1 drop every 100 rep gaining kills. With the patch on test you farming (or in some ppls cases) or getting farmed by the same ppl that means you will never get rep from them and never a chance for a drop except when there is a 5 min downtime between kills. So that pretty much makes it 1 chance for a drop (if you get the first kill and wasnt killed before you killed them.. you currently get put in rep suppresion if you get killed by someone...) for every new person in zone...
So if you somehow kill 100 dif ppl you might get a drop... but ya.... so instead of averaging 1 drop every 100 kills ppl are averaging prolly closer to 1 drop every 1000 kills or so SOLO...

Awesome, now I can farm NPCS AND PCs in RV. Looks like i'm going to be spending much more time in my servers farm zones.
