I find it funny that the Devs punish players for leveling up toons too fast. If players are capable of leveling their toons too fast it isn't the fault of the player, it's the fault of the designer or "Developer."
But, if they want to blame the consumers for their own short-comings when it comes to development..that's their business model.
If they want to blame these limitations on the gaming engine, well, they can rectify this as well.
