I think the LG, Khan and STF posted are the best times for those TFs. As for the ITF its close if not the best. Not to shabby considering every TF is come as you are / who you wanna play.

I actually thought about doing that to burn off my cash. Then I thought not many people on this server run for speed and it would just end up me giving money to the same people i play with.

Limit it so that all participants must have less than x number of months game time (based on badge) and disallow anyone you team with.

It's possible the outcome would be as you say and you'd see the same old-same old people. But speaking as someone who put together the winning team for the first big timed TF contest on the Justice server, there's a big difference between running for speed all the time and doing it for a contest. I don't do it frequently because it's not much fun for me. But I participted in both the Pagagon's of Justice Time Force events and they were loads of fun.
I think the contest would be a great idea. You may want to have categories for different groups to run in and that way you can separate the the people who usually run from speed and those who usually run for fun. You could even have a runoff between the winners of each category.

Honestly, Missy, if enough people showed interest this is something i would do. Throw 100 mil a person for the winners or their choice of purple i have in meh base. I got about a month of gametime left. I'll give it a couple days and if it looks promising, i'll make something work.
