Hard to say.. possibly DM? DM also has an end recovery attack. What you could try to do is build a Brute with a secondary that focuses on end recov as well. Such as WP, Elec, EA or Fiery Aura.
Someone should write a guide on Brute endurance management.
Elec seems rather cheap in the endurance department plus the attacks have a chance of returning endurance.

Believe there already is one...even if it is kind of a jokey one... (not sure if ya being sarcastic or not, doesn't carry well in text) I know how to manage endurance but I was just curious to see what the least endurance using primary was.
It's a shame that you specified Primary. If you had not, I would have ranted about the glories of limitless Endurance that Electric Armor gives. 
heh I know Elec/Elec rarely, if ever, has to care about Endurance but I'm not too thrilled at the /Elec secondary (even though I've had an elec/elec brute tank the LRSF perfectly well, including the final eight).
Would probably make a Mace/Shield Brute but I've heard Mace is quite a lot like Axe when it comes to endurance usage (though I think Stone Melee or SS are the big endurance hogging primary sets if I remember correctly).
My SS/SR brute doent have much of an issue with end at all, of course I have a performance shifter proc, and the numina, proc, and the other two procs that get slotted in health/aidself.
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

Just a quick question regarding Brute Primarys.
I have an Axe/SR brute at 50 and needless to say Axe can be a bit of an endurance hog (plays a lot like broadsword imo with the -def replaced with chance for KD, so it's slow but hits pretty dang hard), I was wondering which primary for brutes uses the least amount of Endurance?
