1.) Third party still.
2.) You'd get level-appropriate drops for the arc.
3.) You can drop missions, and it's now 3 days (you can't drop flashback/taskforce/AE missions, though... at least without petitioning a GM... although you can *quit* them simply by opening the Team window then clicking the Quit Strike/Task Force button and confirming).

Not quite true.
You can trasnfer INFL/INF using Wentworths/Black Market.
Takes a tiny bit of learning but its really easy, only thing you lose are the fees. Let me know if you need help on it, its pretty simple and failproof.

Yes, you're still able to drop missions. The one week timer has been reduced to three days.

If you have a Supergroup Base with storage, and both characters have access to it, you can use that to transfer salvage and enhancements. You can't transfer inf that way, but if you transfer a valuable item (rare salvage probably the best) it works just as well.

Interesting you should say this. I was looking at creating my own SG with my 50. Then I thought, I can't do that. I have no way of bringing my alts into the SG. I would have to find someone to sit there and invite them in and then kick the person out of the SG or is there a way to auto invite alts into an SG that has been added since I was last on?

Just get some random stranger to help you out, trust me they're not too hard to find. Invite them to your SG, then log into each of the alts you want in the group, and they quit once you're done (hopefully).
If you're that untrusting, there's plenty of us in-game that will help you out.
I'm coming back to CoH after taking a year break. I have a few questions as I start getting back into things again.
1) Does CoH have a way of transfering inf & items between toons on the same account or do I still need to ask someone to be there to trade with?
2) I am going to be running the flashback missions to complete missions and pick up some badges I missed out on. Will I be able to collect salvage during these runs at the lower levels or will I get normal salvage I would pick up as a 50 or can I even pick up salvage as I run these missions?
3) Am I still able to drop missions? If so, has the one week timer been changed?
