Character Copy Tool is Gone?

After I log in, there is no character copy tool at

Yea I just tried also, sucks just deleted bunch of toons so I could copy over and do some respecn'

When you use the copy tool link its spits ya to the normal user/pass web page and then wehn you hit submit all it does it tell you you are logged in. No server select, no toon select.. no nothing after that. Please fix this
