Originally, before epics, D3 meant Dark/Dark Defender. Therefore, D4, using the same nomiclature, would be Dark/Dark/Dark Defender. At least that was what I saw all over Virtue in the I0, I1 days.
And yes, I did see D3s in the I0 days.
Not sure how it is on other servers, but that's my 2 bits.

Does the Dark Watcher's Despair: Chance for Recharge Slow work with Darkest Night?
Been doing some testing on pve mobs, I don't see any combat messages related to the proc.
Does the proc show in the combat messages when used with other powers?
