Well--here it goes.
Gender: Female
AT: Dominator
Powersets: Gravity Control/Energy Assault
Concept:
Anya Bishop lived alone with her mother, a well-known Sorceress/Hero in Paragon City. At the age of 12, Anya's magical powers appeared, and her mother began to teach her the art of magic. Her powers ranged from mind control, energy manipulation, element control, to time, space and gravitational control. Anya's life was wonderful, she was a happy girl growing up. At the age of 16, she was faced with a decision. Her father, who's powers were stripped by her mother, came to Anya while walking home from the store. Zane Bishop and Anya's mother had a wonderful relationship, until he became power obsessed. Serenity, Anya's mother, couldn't take his obsession anymore, and stripped Zane of his powers. After his powers were stripped, Zane left to plan his revenge on Serenity. His plan was to turn his daughter, and have her capture her mother in a magical crystal. When Zane talked to his daughter, strands of the universe split, like they constantly do, and created different strands. One of these strands has Anya going with her father, capturing her mother, feeling the surge of evil in her blood, capturing her father, and becoming a menacing force on the world. Another scenario has a much better outcome, where Anya declines her father, and continues to train under her mother. This leads into her becoming a hero in Paragon City. As Anya, also known as Spellborn, fights villains in Paragon City...her evil counterpart decided to create a portal into this dimension. Her evil counterpart emerges, and hears of her better counterpart. This leads her to stay, and become a villain---to take out Spellborn and become the Anya of this dimension.

... I'm stuck with Augur of some kind... unfortunately the name generator at 7th sanctum doesn't have either "energy" or "gravity" as options for words. :/

Thanks, Zekiran! All of the names suggested are going into good consideration! All of them are better than what I could think of! 
I'm waiting for a few more suggestions before I make a decision.

Just off the top of my head SplitWitch encompasses the magic aspect and the dual personages... sort of. And I bet it hasn't been taken yet. With a name like that I'd be likely to give her TP too, btw.
Others: DarkTwin, ShadowSister, Anyaism (like "aneurism", the brain injury). That last one might be better for someone who actually has a lot of mind powers though.
Maybe I need to get the top of my head examined.
